Frequently asked questions about mediation and conflict culture consulting
What does mediation cost?
In most cases, the parties share the costs, making this significantly more cost‒effective than court proceedings.
How does mediation work?
After an initial consultation, one to three sessions usually follow. Within this framework, conflicts are structured and processed, misunderstandings are clarified, and sustainable solutions are developed.
When is mediation useful?
Mediation is particularly suitable for conflicts that need to be resolved confidentially, quickly, and out of court – for example, in the workplace, in contractual disputes, or within companies.
What are the benefits of mediation?
Mediation saves time, money, and nerves. Instead of confrontation, it focuses on understanding and enables results that are viable for all parties involved.
